A sunny weekend in April.....

Helen complained that the headers were rusty and spoiling the look of Hell's Belle, but they don't strip themselves ready for painting.... guess what Helen's job was for the weekend!

Next job was to make a guide for the parachute line. A spot of welding was in order, followed by putting things back together...

Dean mounted the parachute and release lever amidst other jobs, but managed to come out a whole lot cleaner than Helen did!

I like a girl who doesn't mind getting dirty but Helen is just ridiculous !!!

Over the course of the day Helen stripped, wiped down and sprayed the headers with high temperature paint. As you can see from the photo's they didn't give up their rusty old paint without a fight!
